They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to financial, medical, legal or psychological advice. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or outcomes. You use the Service at your own discretion.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Free accounts provide access to daily general readings for all 12 signs
- Premium subscriptions provide personalised daily, weekly and monthly readings tailored to your three signs
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 14-day refund policy for all subscribers, regardless of location. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us at hello@infinitehoroscope.com and we will issue a full refund. This right is voided if you have already used a premium benefit such as the compatibility PDF report.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the Service, contact us at hello@infinitehoroscope.com and we will review your case.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person. You may not share your account with others.
Intellectual Property
All content on Infinite Horoscope, including readings, text, design, and code, is the property of Infinite Horoscope and may not be reproduced, distributed or republished without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Scrape, copy or redistribute our content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
