Your first daily personalised reading will arrive the following morning. We always include the daily reading for Premium subscribers regardless of any additional frequency options you choose, so you will never go long without hearing from the stars.

The free readings on the website are written for each sign individually — they speak to all Aries, all Taurus and so on. They are rich and detailed, but they are the same for every person born under that sign.

Premium readings are crafted for your specific combination of three signs. No two people have the same Sun, Moon and Rising combination — which means no two Premium readings are alike. Your reading reflects not just your sign, but the particular way your three cosmic energies interact with each other.

We use a simple magic link system — no password needed. Visit My Account, enter your email address, and we will send you a secure login link. Click the link and you are straight in. The link is valid for 15 minutes and your session stays active for 30 days.

Log in to My Account and go to the Reading Frequency section. Premium subscribers receive a daily reading by default and can choose to also receive weekly and monthly readings. Changes take effect from the next scheduled send.

Log in to My Account and go to Update Your Details. You can change your Sun, Moon and Rising signs at any time. Your next reading will reflect the updated information.

Birth chart details — including your birth date, city and signs — can be updated once every 90 days. This ensures readings remain personalised to one person per account.

Your account page will always show you the exact date your next update becomes available. Birth time can be refined at any time as it only affects your Rising sign calculation.

Log in to My Account and go to the Subscription section. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm. You will move to the free plan immediately with no further charges. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

You will continue to receive the free daily email (Sun sign reading only) and have full access to the website.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also manage your email preferences from My Account at any time.

Select the Gift option on our Subscribe page. Enter the recipient's email and an optional personal message, then complete the one-time payment of €9.99.

The recipient will receive a beautiful email with your message and a unique redemption link. They click the link, enter their birth chart details and choose their reading frequency. Their one-year Premium subscription begins immediately — and they receive their personalised yearly reading straight away.

Gift subscriptions give the recipient one full year of Premium access from the date they redeem the gift. The redemption link is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

No problem — they can still redeem the gift and their account will be upgraded to Premium for one year.
