For the most accurate Rising sign you need your birth time. Check your birth certificate, hospital records, or ask a parent. Even an approximate birth time gives a useful result.

The Natal Chart is a full personalised interpretation of your birth chart. Free readings are written for each sign individually. They speak to everyone born under Aries, Taurus and so on. They are rich and detailed, but they are the same for every person sharing that sign.

Premium readings are crafted for your specific combination of three signs. No two people have the same Sun, Moon and Rising combination, which means no two Premium readings are alike. Your reading reflects not just your sign but the particular way your three cosmic energies interact with each other.

We use a magic link system with no password needed. Visit My Account, enter your email address and we will send you a secure login link. Click the link and you are straight in. The link is valid for 15 minutes and your session stays active for 30 days.

Log in to My Account and go to the Reading Frequency section. Premium members receive a daily reading and can also choose to receive weekly and monthly readings. Free members receive a daily email. Changes take effect from the next scheduled send.

Log in to My Account and go to Update Your Details. You can update your Sun, Moon and Rising signs, birth date, birth time and birth city. Your next reading will reflect the updated information.

Birth chart details can be updated once every 90 days to ensure readings remain personalised to one person per account. Your account page shows the exact date your next update becomes available.

Log in to My Account and go to the Billing section. Click Manage Billing to access the Stripe portal where you can cancel at any time. You will move to the free plan immediately with no further charges. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

You will continue to receive your free daily Sun sign email and have full access to the website.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also manage your email preferences at any time from My Account.

Yes. Select the Gift option on our Subscribe page. Enter the recipient's email and an optional personal message, then complete the one-time payment of €9.99.

The recipient will receive a gift code by email which they can redeem at infinitehoroscope.com/redeem.html. The gift gives one full year of Premium access from the date of redemption.

No problem. They can still redeem the gift and their account will be upgraded to Premium for one full year.
